Who may test
These terms cover the DoseBuilt TestFlight beta provided by DoseBuilt LLC to invited adults age 18 and older in the United States. People under 18 may not use it through a parent’s permission. Use your own account, provide accurate eligibility information and do not bypass account, age, platform or testing restrictions. An age checkbox is a declaration, not identity verification.
The usual flow is Create account or Sign in, complete any needed nutrition-plan setup, then enter the app. Returning eligible adults with a completed plan can return directly to the app. A Sandbox membership is not required for ordinary manual tracking.
Testing features and limits
This is pre-release software. Features may change, be interrupted or remain disabled while setup and testing continue. TestFlight access and test entitlements can expire. Keep your own copies of important records and do not rely on the beta as your only record or an emergency service. Availability in a test build is not a promise of public release or continued access.
Manual tracking, optional cloud backups, AI Coach and photo/description meal estimates are subject to their current access and testing controls. AI requires internet access and separate sharing permission. Recent chat and fitness summaries remain optional. Read the DoseBuilt TestFlight Privacy Notice available through the app’s Privacy policy link before sharing data.
The configured membership allowance is 300 Coach messages and 150 combined photo/description meal estimates per UTC calendar month. Both monthly and annual test products use the same allowance, resetting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month with no rollover. One photo-plus-description estimate is one request. Completed replies, including clarifications, count; a further clarification response is a new request. Confirmed failures are returned to the allowance, while interrupted requests with unknown outcomes may count. Additional testing, cooldown and service-capacity limits can restrict requests.
Sandbox memberships and other purchases
Membership purchases tested inside the TestFlight app use Apple’s Sandbox environment and do not incur real membership charges. Prices may appear in test purchase sheets. Test renewals can run faster than real subscription periods, and Sandbox access does not create or promise a paid public subscription. Stop and contact support if a flow appears to request a real membership payment.
Apple and RevenueCat must verify the test transaction; a test flag or age declaration does not grant membership. Buying or restoring a test membership does not override adult eligibility, AI-sharing choices or usage limits. Restoring does not recover deleted fitness records or reset allowances.
Any physical-goods purchase you deliberately make through the separate DoseBuilt store is a real store transaction governed by the store’s policies, not a free Sandbox purchase. These beta terms do not authorize a charge or change the store’s terms. Deleting a DoseBuilt account does not cancel a separate real Apple subscription; manage any such subscription through Apple.
Fitness and AI limitations
DoseBuilt provides general fitness and nutrition information, logging and estimates. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, monitor emergencies or guarantee outcomes. AI and food references may be wrong. Review estimates, verify food labels, use appropriate judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical decisions. AI cannot change your logs or targets for you. Do not send passwords, identity documents or information you lack authority to share.
Feedback account choices and legal terms
Report problems to support@dosebuilt.co. TestFlight diagnostics and feedback are handled as described in the privacy notice and Apple’s TestFlight privacy information. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in screenshots or support messages.
You may stop testing, decline optional features, export local data or request account deletion through the app’s account controls. Contact support if a restriction prevents access to those controls. Deletion and provider-retention limitations are explained in the privacy notice.
Apple’s applicable TestFlight and software-license terms remain in effect. These beta terms do not add an arbitration agreement, a liability cap or a waiver of rights that cannot lawfully be waived. A later paid public offer requires its own presented purchase terms; participation in this beta does not accept future pricing or recurring charges.
