DoseBuilt LLC (“DoseBuilt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates dosebuilt.co and related DoseBuilt services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you browse our website, join our launch list, use a customer account, contact us, or purchase from us when ordering is available.

DoseBuilt is currently preparing for launch. References to orders, payments, shipping, returns, and subscriptions apply when those services are available and you use them.

Payment details are processed by Shopify and payment-service providers. We may receive transaction details and limited payment information needed to administer your order.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through cookies and similar technologies, and from service providers or partners involved in operating our services.

For example, you provide information when you join the launch list or contact us. Technical information may be collected when you browse the website, and order or delivery updates may come from payment providers or shipping carriers when ordering is available.

5. Shopify and other platforms

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify processes information to support the store and, for certain services, processes information for its own purposes.

Where Shopify enhanced or advertising features are used, Shopify may combine information about your interactions with DoseBuilt with information from other merchants or Shopify services to provide, improve, or personalize its services and advertising.

If the signal can be associated with your Shopify account, Shopify may apply the preference to that account. Other “Do Not Track” signals are not treated as opt-out requests.

When you join our launch list, we use your email address and any product preferences you provide to send DoseBuilt launch announcements and related updates.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting support@dosebuilt.co. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary messages about an order, account, security issue, or support request.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining records, complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and honoring privacy preferences.

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details through ordinary email or contact forms.
