1. Overview

This website is operated by DoseBuilt LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as DoseBuilt. Throughout these Terms of Service, "DoseBuilt," "we," "us," and "our" refer to DoseBuilt LLC. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing from us.

These Terms of Service govern your use of dosebuilt.co, our online store, customer accounts, and related services, and your purchases from us, collectively referred to as the "Services." By placing an order, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or place an order.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. These policies provide additional information and terms relevant to your use of the Services.

DoseBuilt is preparing for launch. Our products are currently marked Coming Soon, and we are not accepting orders, preorders, or payments. References to purchases, shipping, returns, and subscriptions apply when those services become available and you use them. Joining our launch list does not place an order, reserve a product, authorize a charge, or enroll you in recurring billing.

2. Eligibility and customer accounts

Our products and Services are intended for adults age 18 and older. You must also be legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, shipping, and payment information and to update that information when necessary.

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your customer account and for activity you authorize through it. Do not share verification codes or allow another person to use your account without your permission. Contact support@dosebuilt.co promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without authorization.

We may restrict account access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect customers, secure the Services, or address a material violation of these Terms. Doing so does not remove any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.

3. Product information and use

We aim to describe our products accurately. Product availability, packaging, and descriptions may change. Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen. We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product or formula for your order without your agreement.

Read the ingredient information, directions, and warnings for the specific product before using it. Use products only as directed. Do not consume a product if its packaging or tamper-evident seal appears damaged or compromised; contact us for assistance.

Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. It does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional about whether a product is appropriate for you. Individual experiences and results may vary, and customer reviews or testimonials do not guarantee a particular result.

4. Orders and availability

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order; it does not guarantee that an unavailable product can be supplied.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable inventory, a material pricing or product-description error, a payment issue, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. If we cancel all or part of a paid order, we will notify you using the contact information provided and refund the canceled portion, including applicable taxes and any shipping charges attributable to it, as required by law.

A product marked "Coming Soon" is not available to purchase. If we offer preorders in the future, we will expressly identify them and disclose their terms before checkout. Joining an email list does not place an order, reserve inventory, or authorize a charge.

5. Prices, payment, and promotions

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and available discounts are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

You authorize us and our payment providers to process the amount you approve at checkout using your selected payment method. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not automatically increase the price of an order you already placed. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund the affected order rather than charge you an increased amount without your agreement.

Promotions are subject to the conditions disclosed with the offer, including any eligibility requirements, exclusions, expiration dates, or limits on combining discounts. Subscription price changes are addressed in the subscription section below.

6. Subscriptions and recurring billing

Subscriptions are not currently offered. When they become available, the following terms apply if you choose a subscription.

Subscriptions are optional unless a product is clearly identified as subscription-only before purchase. A one-time purchase does not enroll you in recurring billing.

When you select a subscription and complete checkout, you authorize recurring charges for the selected products at the price and interval disclosed to you, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges, until you cancel. The subscription's material terms will be presented before you complete your purchase, and we will obtain any consent required by law. There is no cancellation fee. Subscriptions have no minimum commitment unless a minimum commitment is clearly disclosed before purchase.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your DoseBuilt customer account. For assistance, email support@dosebuilt.co. Available account controls may also allow you to skip, pause, or adjust upcoming deliveries.

Cancel before the next scheduled billing date shown in your account to prevent that renewal. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped; that order is subject to our cancellation and return procedures and any rights provided by applicable law.

We will give advance notice of material changes to your subscription price, billing interval, or terms and obtain consent where required by law. You may cancel before a notified change takes effect.

7. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy describes available destinations, processing and delivery estimates, shipping charges, and free-shipping eligibility. Please verify your shipping address before submitting an order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances. These estimates do not remove our obligations concerning shipment, delay notices, cancellations, or refunds.

If we cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered, we will notify you, explain the available options, and obtain consent to a delay or provide a refund as required by applicable law. We will not retain payment for an unshipped order when a refund is legally required.

If an order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@dosebuilt.co so we can investigate and help resolve the issue under our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and applicable law.

8. Order cancellations, returns, and refunds

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Where available, you may also submit a cancellation request through your customer account. A request does not automatically cancel an order, and cancellation may not be possible after processing or fulfillment has begun. Once an order has shipped, it generally must follow the return process, subject to any additional rights provided by law.

Our standard return policy provides 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Standard returns generally require an unopened, unused product in its original packaging with the original tamper-evident seal intact and proof of purchase. Exceptions apply to approved claims involving damaged, defective, compromised, or incorrect products.

Returns must be authorized before shipment. Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Approved product-quality or incorrect-order claims are handled as described in our policy.

Eligibility, return instructions, shipping-charge treatment, refund timing, and exceptions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation, return, refund, warranty, or other remedy available under applicable law.

9. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared and how you can exercise applicable privacy choices.

We may send messages needed to operate your account or fulfill your purchases, including order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription notices, and responses to support requests.

Marketing preferences are separate from account access and order communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an order or subscription and does not stop necessary transactional messages.

10. Intellectual property

The DoseBuilt name, logos, original website text, designs, photographs, graphics, and other protected materials belong to DoseBuilt or their respective owners. Access to the Services does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant permission to use our trademarks.

You may use the Services for legitimate personal shopping and informational purposes. Except as permitted by law or with the relevant owner's permission, you may not copy, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content.

11. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review or other material for public display, you confirm that it reflects your honest experience and that you have the right to submit it. Do not include another person's private information, unlawful material, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant DoseBuilt a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and format the content you submit for public display as reasonably needed to publish it and operate the Services. We will not materially change the meaning of your review. This permission does not apply to private support correspondence merely because you contact us.

We may moderate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, irrelevant, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms. Nothing in these Terms prohibits honest reviews or lawful consumer complaints.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to commit fraud, impersonate another person, submit unauthorized payments, harass others, distribute malicious software, interfere with site operation, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.

You must not misuse discounts, customer accounts, or return processes through false information or deceptive conduct. We may take reasonable action to protect the Services and affected customers, subject to applicable law.

13. Shopify and third-party services

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services. Purchases from this store are transactions between you and DoseBuilt LLC. DoseBuilt is responsible for its products, order fulfillment, returns, and customer support. Shopify is not the seller of our products or a party to our sales contract with you.

The Services may include payment tools, account features, applications, or links provided by third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean that we control or endorse all content on the linked website.

We are not responsible for third-party content or services to the extent permitted by law. This does not remove our responsibilities as the seller or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Website availability and warranties

We aim to keep the Services accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website error will be immediately corrected. We may update, maintain, or temporarily suspend website features when reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational features are provided on an "as available" basis, without additional implied warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

This website disclaimer does not exclude any express product commitment we make or any warranty, consumer guarantee, refund right, or remedy that applies to your purchase under applicable law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DoseBuilt and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to access, the website.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. It does not remove your rights to refunds or other mandatory consumer remedies.

Where a jurisdiction does not permit a particular exclusion or limitation, it applies only to the extent permitted in that jurisdiction.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States federal law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

If you have a concern, you may contact support@dosebuilt.co so we can try to resolve it. Doing so is not a condition of exercising a legal right or remedy. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

17. Changes and general provisions

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights associated with an order already placed. We will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by law. Changes to existing subscriptions are also subject to the subscription provisions above.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our ability to enforce it later.

These Terms, the specific terms disclosed and agreed to at purchase, and the applicable policies referenced here describe the agreement governing the Services and your purchases. If a general provision conflicts with a more specific purchase or policy provision, the more specific provision governs that subject, subject always to applicable law.
