Scope and contact
DoseBuilt LLC is preparing a controlled test of guardian verification for the DoseBuilt app. This test is limited to invited adult testers using owner-controlled test accounts and fictional teen roles. Do not use a real minor’s account or submit a minor’s personal information, health records, fitness logs, photos or AI messages for this test. A Test result does not activate teen AI, paid membership or production guardian permission.
The integration is still being configured. This notice explains the data flow prepared for authorized testing; it does not announce that the public guardian service is available.

Test accounts and verification requests
Supabase processes the tester’s email address, authentication information and account/session identifiers for the separate DoseBuilt Test account. Invitation and pairing codes connect the test accounts. DoseBuilt has selected Resend to deliver account messages as DoseBuilt App from noreply@notify.dosebuilt.co; that Test email setup is still being completed. KWS verification emails are a separate provider-managed flow.
When an authorized adult tester requests verification, the prepared integration sends Epic Kids Web Services the guardian Test account’s email address, a United States country selection, English language setting, a parent-context label and an opaque request code. That code lets DoseBuilt match the later result. This request does not send a child’s name, birth date or DoseBuilt account identifier, fitness logs, meal photos, AI messages or a guardian-relationship declaration.
Information provided directly to KWS
KWS hosts adult verification. The information it asks for depends on the verification method displayed in its hosted flow. Review that screen and KWS’s privacy notice before entering information or completing a method. DoseBuilt does not select a particular hosted method in this Test integration.
DoseBuilt receives a verification result, guardian email, transaction reference and the opaque request code. Its integration does not request identity documents, card numbers or face images from KWS. Adult verification does not itself prove a relationship to a child or grant permission for the child to use AI.
KWS’s public help material describes its AgeGraph as keeping a hashed email address and basic verification details so verified status can be recognized across participating services. KWS and its verification providers process information under their applicable notices. This notice does not promise that deleting a DoseBuilt Test account deletes KWS or AgeGraph records.

DoseBuilt Test records and retention
DoseBuilt stores test-account and invitation associations, request status, timestamps and expiry, and hashes of the request code, guardian email and verification/event references. The guardian email also remains in the account system. These hashed records can be linked to test accounts; they are not anonymous. The callback’s application tables do not store full webhook bodies. Infrastructure logs and backups are separate from those tables.
There is currently no automatic time-based deletion schedule for DoseBuilt Test verification records. They remain until manually removed or until linked records are removed by hard deletion of the associated Test accounts. Expiration of an invitation or request does not delete those records. Stopping a request cannot recall an email or data already sent to KWS. Removal from the live Test database does not by itself erase infrastructure logs, backups, support correspondence or provider-held records.
Contact support@dosebuilt.co to ask about access, correction or deletion of your DoseBuilt Test information. We may need to verify the requester and the affected Test account. Requests about KWS-held information should also use the contact and rights instructions in KWS’s privacy notice.
